ARISE+ Indonesia welcomes Mr Natan Kambuno as the new TAB Coordinator for Trade Remedies. Mr Natan has recently been appointed as Director of Trade Defense under the Directorate General of International Trade in the Ministry of Trade. He succeeds Mrs Pradnyawati, who went on another post within the Ministry of Trade.
Prior to his promotion as Director in September 2021, Mr Natan was a Trade Analyst specialised in trade remedies. He has also worked in Singapore and Hong Kong as a Trade Attaché and Consulate, respectively. Mr Natan has served as a government official within the Ministry of Trade for more than 25 years.
A Tana Toraja native (South Sulawesi), Mr Natan has Master's Degree in Administration of Industry and Trade from the University of Indonesia. He received a Public Service Medal (Satya Lencana Karya Satya) in 2017 for his twenty years of outstanding public service. His experience and expertise in international trade constitute a great asset to guide the project in facilitating the government to enhance capacity in trade remedies.
