15-26 May 2023 - Technical Assistance II

The Ministry of Industry (MoI), in collaboration with ARISE+ Indonesia, is organising a series of capacity-building sessions to strengthen the capabilities of three laboratories within the ministry. These capacity-building sessions will focus on the utilisation of advanced chromatography techniques for the examination of contaminants. By leveraging the expertise of an international specialist, the program aims to ensure the highest standards in contaminant analysis, aligning with quality benchmarks and technical regulations. The ultimate goal is to enhance the acceptance of Indonesian export products, particularly within the European Union market.

9, 11 & 17 May 2023 - Technical Assistance II

The Directorate of Market Surveillance for Goods and Services, Ministry of Trade, in collaboration with ARISE+ Indonesia Technical Assistance II, is organising a capacity-building programme aiming at enhancing the knowledge of officers in regulatory agencies (DGSMS MoT, Directorate Energy Conservation Ministry/DEC of Mineral Resources and Energy) on risk assessment procedure. The workshop series aims to assist regulatory agencies in identifying issues relevant to Indonesia, improving their understanding of risk assessment and developing standard operating procedures consistent with international best practices.

20 and 23 February 2023 - Technical Assistance I

Ministry of Trade Directorate General for National Export Development (DGNED), facilitated by ARISE+ Indonesia, evaluated the e-marketplaces in Spain, Hungary, and Germany with a focus on halal textile and food products. For each of the three selected countries, four eMarketplaces were analysed regarding requirements and conditions to register and sell on these e-marketplaces tailored to exports of halal textile and food products.
