20 May - 4 June 2023 - Technical Assistance II
A high-ranking Indonesian delegation from the Ministry of Investment/BKPM and Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas is undertaking a two-week study visit and investment networking around Europe, facilitated by ARISE+ Indonesia. The mission aims to connect with leading investment ecosystems. The delegation, led by the Deputy Minister for Investment Promotion, BKPM, Nurul Ichwan, will meet with the European Commission officials in Brussels. The delegation will also meet institutions and companies pioneering innovations in urban mobility, renewable energy, sustainable cities and healthcare in the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.
17 May 2023 - Technical Assistance I
The Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas and the European Union Delegation to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam are jointly hosting the ARISE+ Indonesia Results Dissemination Event to mark the conclusion of the ARISE+ Indonesia first Technical Assistance (TA 1) and showcase the programme's achievements. The event will be officiated by the Minister of Bappenas, Suharso Monoarfa, and the EU Ambassador, Vincent Piket.
15-17, 19 May 2023 - Technical Assitance II
The Ministry of Trade, facilitated by ARISE+ Indonesia, developed a sophisticated web-based management tool called the Case Management System (CMS) in collaboration with Koltiva. This system is specifically designed to effectively handle trade remedy investigations. Following the completion of the CMS development, comprehensive user training sessions will be conducted for the MoT directorates and the private sector. These training sessions were crucial in ensuring that both sectors are well-equipped to utilize and apply the CMS to its fullest potential.
15-26 May 2023 - Technical Assistance II
The Ministry of Industry (MoI), in collaboration with ARISE+ Indonesia, is organising a series of capacity-building sessions to strengthen the capabilities of three laboratories within the ministry. These capacity-building sessions will focus on the utilisation of advanced chromatography techniques for the examination of contaminants. By leveraging the expertise of an international specialist, the program aims to ensure the highest standards in contaminant analysis, aligning with quality benchmarks and technical regulations. The ultimate goal is to enhance the acceptance of Indonesian export products, particularly within the European Union market.
