Directorate of Trade Defence - Ministry of Trade will participate in the workshop organized by ARISE+ Indonesia. The aim of the workhop is to ensure high quality and efficient case handling and investigation processes.

15 -17 February 2021

The overall objective of the activity is to reduce the rejection cases due to heavy metals and histamine on export markets. This will be achieved through three webinars focusing on a benchmark of the Indonesian test method with the test methods used by the EU laboratories, a presentation of test of heavy metals in tuna, swordfish and marlin and histamine in tuna, and a presentation of sampling from tuna, swordfish and marlin.

The purpose of the workshop is to increase capacity related to Good Regulatory Practice and Regulatory Impact Assessment. Participants will gain deeper insight into the elements that together make up Good Regulatory Practice. Particular emphasis is given to providing knowledge to participants on how to conduct a Regulatory Impact Assessment.

14 December 2020

The Ministry of National Development Planning (BAPPENAS) will hold the 3rd Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting on 14 December 2020. The purpose of the meeting is review implementation progress and to consider the draft annual workplan for of 2021. The meeting is the culmination of a cosulation process that started early November with the stakeholders of the project through the six Technical Advisory Board Coordinators. The PSC meeting will be preceded by the launching of the ARISE+ Indonesia website.
