12 & 18 April 2022 - Technical Assistance II

ARISE+ Indonesia is co-hosting kick-off meetings to support Bappenas in developing three Grand Designs on Export Acceleration, Investment and Economic Cooperation. Each Grand Design is being developed in collaboration with a reputed Indonesian think tank. The Center for Economics and Development Studies, Universitas Padjadjaran (CEDS UNPAD) will work on Export Acceleration; the Institute for Economic and Social Research – Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (LPEM FEB UI) will work on Investment; and the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Indonesia will work on Economic Cooperation. The Grand Designs will enable Bappenas to effectively prepare for the next National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) for 2025-2029. The kick-off meetings will convene key officials in Bappenas and other key related ministries, including the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Trade.

4-14 April 2022 - Technical Assistance II

The ARISE+ Indonesia will be conducting extensive consultations with the Ministry of Trade (MoT) to discuss priorities in the two areas of Trade in Services and Non-Tariff Measures to design relevant technical assistance interventions.

4-7 April 2022 - Technical Assistance I

The Directorate General of National Export Development (DGNED) of the Ministry of Trade, the Embassy of Indonesia in Spain, and the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights will showcase the unique taste of Indonesian GI-certified speciality spices at Alimentaria Barcelona, Spain, 4-7 April 2022 with the technical support from ARISE+ Indonesia.

22 March 2022

The Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas), with technical assistance from the ARISE+ Indonesia, is going to host a Focus Group Discussion with the Government Task Team for the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) to present and discuss the Draft Plan for the SDP, including the programme’s core elements and activities, key stakeholders, beneficiary recruitment and selection, as well as an indicative action plan for implementation.
